With the increasing of the constant expansion of the mobile communication network and new network equipment, network management requirements increasing, how to build a powerful, reliable performance, efficient operation can expand mobile communication and good NMS more and more attention. Configuration management is the most important position in the network management. The paper designs and implements a mobile network configuration management system. In this paper, a brief exposition of the concept of the Telecommunications Management Network (TMN) architecture and management capabilities, designed and implemented a set of TMN mobile network configuration management system, the system software architecture based on CORBA multilayer C / S In general divided into three parts: the client terminal systems, subsystems and network elements of the business server adapter subsystem. Which the client terminal system is mainly responsible for the operation of the user interface to provide users with a graphical interface, also known as the GUI subsystem GUI subsystem is the only entry of the user operating network management system; business server subsystem is the core part of the business functions it implements all the user can do the operation, and complete record database, business server and client communication between CORBA-based bus; business server and network element NE adapter subsystem level, similar to a middleware the structure, which is responsible for shielding the differences of various network element communication business server on different elements of the interface consistent, NE adaptation layer between the business server is based on the CORBA bus. This paper presents a two-point design ideas: First, mobile agent technology design network configuration management system. Mobile agent applications in the interaction between the NMS and the managed network element, a different type of mobile agent to complete different configuration management tasks. First, a brief description of design models and workflow mobile agent; then discusses in detail the design of network configuration management system and mobile agent application; Finally, the mobile agent simple manager / agent mode instructions based advantages of mobile agents. The second is a protocol interaction Language - HML language Human-Computer Interaction (Human-Machine Language, language). Through the language of this agreement, makes some improvements based on the security issues of mobile agent interaction model. This paper discusses in detail the the HML language designed, design methods, and discussed example in Chapter HML language to achieve in the system. The article also discussed mobile middleware technology. First, a brief description of the concept and application of middleware technologies; Secondly, discusses mobile middleware; Finally, the use of mobile middleware distributed application model. The article also mentioned some key technologies, such as XML and ACE.
