Abstract


Starting from secondary microelectronic a professional semiconductor physics classroom teaching practice , exploring the use of IT Reform secondary semiconductor physics classroom teaching, to stimulate the enthusiasm of students in active learning , based on constructivist learning theory ; explore how to dig out information potential applications in semiconductor physics teaching and effective application of information technology in the classroom teaching , the students in the classroom to get better learning results . This study used the educational experiment method and qualitative research methods to explore whether the use of information technology to optimize the teaching process , to the creation of the ideal teaching environment , combined with a new way to learn . By the findings , and make full use of information technology in semiconductor physics teaching in favor of specialized secondary school students for mastery of the knowledge of semiconductor physics , to mobilize the enthusiasm of students in active learning , to contribute to help the students to understand the microscopic abstract knowledge . For teachers , can save a lot of repetitive work , help to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching . Can get some high-quality multimedia courseware through the network , to maximize the sharing of resources .
