Abstract


In the past, people always focused on the communication of language information, ignored the great importance of nonverbal message. The technology of media improved the change of communication ways, produced and developed the new-media, and solved the problems of losing information in the old culture communication by the fast and reliable information and special ways of visual communication. Recently, China organized many major events for exchanging the culture between china and foreign countries, such as, Olympic Games and Shanghai Expo 2010. New-media played an important role in these events. Digital video art used an intuitive and vivid way to avoid the differences between different cultures, and mixed writing and language ways.This paper through the perspective of new-media, used the theory of planning of new-media program and cross-culture communication, and combined with the case of major events for exchanging the culture between china and foreign countries in recent years, in order to analyze the planning of digital video and try to find the usage of digital video art for adjustment of culture conflicts.
