Abstract


Protection of the legitimate rights and interests of victims is an important aspect of the protection of human rights in the criminal proceedings , Criminal scientific mechanism to reflect the fair value . Economic make up for the loss of the victims in criminal proceedings , is one of the main content of the protection of the rights of victims . Examine criminal proceedings , victims of property rights and interests protection measures to the status quo on the basis of analysis resulting in weak protection of property rights and interests of victims reason , learn from the scholars of the protection of property rights and interests of victims suggestions , and are compared with each other , on the basis of the comprehensive survey perfect the victims property rights protection system envisaged . This article is divided into five parts , in addition to the Introduction and Conclusion , the main contents of three parts , the first dealing with the victims of property rights protection status of the Criminal Procedure ; second part of the analysis of the reasons for the weak protection of property rights and interests of victims in criminal proceedings ; part of the proposed system of protection of property rights and interests of victims of specific ideas to help victims of property rights and interests to protect the development of the theory .
