Abstract


Under the pressure to deal with intensely competition home and abroad and to lift administration level, the cigarette industrial enterprise is forced to feed up the pace to apply ERP. Due to complexity of ERP application and peculiarity of tobacco trade along with the changeable environment , the cigarette industrial enterprise cannot use ERP effectively. As a result, how to improve the attainment rate of ERP becomes an important task. Since great disparity exists between Chinese cigarette industrial enterprise and huge foreign tobacco enterprises in not only society system, but competition environment and administration level as well as business scale, the Chinese cigarette industrial enterprise needs to probe out a special way to apply ERP. Some cigarette industrial enterprises have started importing MRPⅡ/ERP in 1992.Without unitary planning, those enterprises apply ERP in their own way , and depend ERP supplier and the consultation corporation to enforce ERP system totally, as a result, those enterprises did not carry systematic research in ERP and could not understand it completely. Firstly , basing on analyzing present information building situation of cigarette trade this paper relates the essentiality for the cigarette industrial enterprise to apply ERP. Secondly this paper has a study not only on the present situation but distinguish feature and problems of ERP in cigarette industrial enterprise, at the same time the effect of E-Business to ERP application in cigarette industrial enterprise is also discussed. Then based on sucking up experience and summing up on the lesson, this article expends great strength to study the method to generate BOM, which is a part of static data in ERP and a way to collect dynamic data in cigarette industrial enterprise. In order to lift attainment rate of ERP application in those enterprises that are planning to apply or rebuild their ERP system, a scheme with professional character is proposed in this article. Finally this paper takes the example of MRPⅡ/ERP application in Changde Cigarette Factory as a reference information constructing method which can not only reserve present ERP and other information system but meet further development requirement and is helpful to those cigarette enterprises that cannot effectively apply ERP system and have their information system isolated each other. This paper argues that ERP plays an important role in cigarette industrial enterprise’s information construction. Only when the cigarette industrial enterprise confirms to the development tendency of electrification and information, puts stress on opening property、expansibility、being-practical-used quality and well-developed quality of technique of ERP system according to professional feature and practical requirement to apply ERP system, and brings forward a scheme with professional feature, can it raise the attainment rate of ERP.
