Abstract


Since the reform and opening up , the increasingly frequent international exchanges and cooperation with China's participation in the planned economy to the market changes in the economic and financial field gradually liberalized , the money laundering phenomenon began to emerge in our country . Laundering to be getting worse as time goes on . In order to effectively prevent and combat money laundering ,刑法理论界in-depth study and discussion of anti-money-laundering legislation , our legislature is gradually establish and improve the anti-money laundering legislation . In this paper, a preliminary study of the crime of money-laundering legislation perfect , and put forward some of his insights to be beneficial to our development of the theory of the crime of money laundering and legislative practice . The text is divided into four chapters . The first chapter , the meaning of money laundering . Chapter evolved from the term \Chapter II of money laundering. This chapter first a brief exposition of the development of China 's Crime of Money Laundering . Then discusses in detail the elements of the crime of money laundering . Object from the crime of money - laundering , the objective aspect of the main four aspects of the subjective aspect of the crimes of money laundering Theory of a basis to address the lack of money-laundering offenses perfect for the back . Chapter III , of money-laundering offenses identified .
