Abstract


Lacking of economic growth ways is an important problem existing in Chinese construction enterprises and it limits the construction enterprises to be flexible and adaptable. Therefore, exploiting new growth paths for construction enterprises becomes urgently on the developing road of construction enterprises.The primary land development leading by government comes along with the innovation of Chinese land accommodation system and the developing of real estate market, which provides a possible approach for construction enterprises’ strategy of transforming economic growth path because of its project chain which related to many aspects of construction project. This article analyzes in detail to the practical conditions, possibilities, operating mode and the profit pattern for construction enterprises entering the field of primary land developing in theory. Besides, the article also discusses the way of how the primary land development promoting construction enterprises to exploit profit source, improve the profit margin and extend the manage scope through the practical land developing cases. Through the research above this article verifies the significant effect of the primary land development mode to promote construction enterprises turning from contractor only into modern, comprehensive corporation, then ultimately transforming the economic growth path radically.The research is based on the practical land development cases, so it can be a reference for construction enterprises to transform growth path through some modes related to primary land development.
