Abstract


With the development of economic, processing of agricultural products is becoming more important in China. Because the main parts of our country are still depended on agriculture, and many agricultural products are in excess of need, so it is very important to working—out the tactic of the industry.This research first analyzed the trend direction of processing of agricultural product in developed countries. The situations of processing of agricultural products in our country and in Yunnan Province were also compared. Considering polices of government in the field, the main tactics about processing of agricultural product in Qujing City were proposed.Based on the situation of economical development, tradition of industry, the person with ability in the field, the develop tactic of Yunnan Province, we proposed four aspect may be good to the developing of processing of agricultural product. The first is developing of processing of potato and kanjok as food and chemical material. The second is developing of processing of meat. The third is developing of processing of ginger and vegetable. The forth is developing of processing of buckwheat. By developing these industries, brand of processing of agricultural products in Qujing City will be built up. By developing these industries, the income of farmers in the area will increase in evidence and the economic condition of Qujing City will be improved.The developing direction, main possible projects, necessary investment and economic benefit of these industries were also researched.This research will be benefit to the developing of processing industry of agricultural product in Qujing.
