Abstract


The legal aid system is the inevitable outcome of the legal civilization of mankind and the development of legal culture to a certain stage, judicial relief system is used by many countries of the world. From the meaning and nature of the legal aid system, features about on the scope of legal aid organization and procedures, sources of funding and management, analysis and discussion of legal assistance in the establishment and development of our country, as well as in the development process to reflect problems and shortcomings, and further measures to improve the legal aid system in China. The thesis consists of four parts of the introduction, body, conclusion Postscript.
