Abstract


It is an important index of building the well-off society in an all-round way that the 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China puts forward to build socialist political civilization. But, in the course of socialist political civilization construction, we have met some non-institutionalized obstacles. Policy , decree of making the country issue are difficult by carrying out effectively for a long time ; And, most people seem that also yearn for the tradition very much, and for the idea of running a country ruled by men. Thus build , turn a blind eye to the present civilization governed by law to the present constitutional government. This impels us to have to trace to its source. Go to seek the way of socialist political civilization construction from the internal cause aspect of the society. This text exactly regards this as the basic point , the culture psychology to people, having given a full exposition of history and theory , especially have analysed the culture psychology of present people dialectically in focal point. Enable people to realize the culture psychology , the existence of namely cultural subconscious consciously. Selecting the essence, discarding the dross. The ones that made it can be real were used by us, used by socialist political civilization construction, Make every socialist citizen living among them can march towards the broad and well-paved road of the socialist political civilization conscientiously !
