Abstract


Activity-based costing (ABC) is a new subject in accounting field as well as inmanagement accounting. ABC includes Activity-based costing calculating and Activitymanagement. This thesis has proved that activity-based costing is an excellent cost method bytheory and demonstration analysis, because ABC can provide accurate costing information, itcan make cost management more effective. This thesis has also discussed how to put ABC towork in China.
