Abstract


Dumping and Antidumping product of the development of international trade. Although China has long been at December 11, 2001 to the WTO, but due to some of our country abroad discriminatory policies and some of the reasons of its own, so that our exports are still a number of anti-dumping frequently to China's export enterprises, related industries and national economic interests caused huge losses. Exports anti-dumping early warning mechanism in response to China's export products is frequently anti-dumping best policy. In practice, however, China's export products anti-dumping warning system is unsatisfactory and can not play to prevent foreign anti-dumping, protect our fundamental role of economic interests. So how can we better prevent anti-dumping, protect our fundamental economic interests? Article will take this question as a starting point, the first exports of domestic and foreign anti-dumping early warning mechanism for a simple comparative analysis, and on the basis of the actual research analyzes and summarizes At present China's export products anti-dumping early warning mechanism defects, noted the importance of anti-dumping on China's exports to reconstruct early warning mechanism, and to the legal system in order to cure them, in order to ensure their effective to run.
