Abstract


Reputation right is a personality right that civil subject maintain their attributes and value from social comprehensive evaluation. It’s directly related to human dignity and social status of civil subject. Reputation right is damaged, it is not only brings spiritual pain and psychological injury to civil subject, but also may reduce their social assessment. For punishing crimes, the police or prosecutors have the power to take anyone as crime suspicion object after meet some premise condition in the criminal investigation procedure. It is inevitably to damage the reputation right. Focusing on the theme that "How many reputation right the criminal suspect enjoy and how to remedy it after the reputation right is damaged in the criminal investigation procedure"and taking example by advanced legislation and legal system in other country,the writer makes a proposal for protecting the suspect’s right in the criminal proceeding reform.Under the background that the criminal procedure should be attention to the human right has been approved in global, it has positive value to study on the reputation right in our criminal procedure. However the history and the realistic situation of our criminal procedure hold bake the desire, we still hope it could beneficial to our system construction. In conclusion, pay attention to the reputation right in the criminal procedure need all of the citizen, country and Human society attach importance on it.
