Abstract


The international factoring factoring for the seller to provide financial business credit investigation and assessment, management and collection of accounts receivable , trade finance and risk of the buyer credit guarantee an integrated international settlement and financing . At present, the international factoring has become a major international trade settlement , less than 1% of China 's factoring business total proportion in the world . Judging from the balance of China's commercial banks , intermediary business operating structure , the intermediary business is significantly lower, especially international factoring business is weak . With the acceleration of China's financial opening-up , China's commercial banks will be faced with the dual challenges of the growing demand for financial services by the fierce competition of foreign banks and domestic and foreign customers . Therefore, the international factoring business is China 's commercial banks are required to strengthen the financial services sector . In view of China's commercial banks are significantly less than in the conduct of business and risk prevention , in-depth study of the problems faced by China's commercial banks and international factoring business to learn from the successful experience of Europe and the United States to engage in international factoring business , according to China's current situation , and gradually expand our commercial banks and international factoring business scope and market share , has become an important issue in front of us . This paper first describes the overview of the development of Sino-foreign international factoring business , and analysis on the basis of the mechanism of international factoring operations , the main risks facing banks and their countermeasures are discussed , pointing out that China's commercial banks in Europe and the United States in the international factoring business gaps , which made ??recommendations for China's commercial banks to carry out the business .
