Abstract


Corporate culture is the result of development of corporate management. With the building modern market—oriented economy .Competitions among enterprises have changed from, competition of product into competition of corporate management and corporate culture. So, corporate culture becomes future enterprises core competition .Building the corporate culture is one of the important parts of corporate management.Using SWOT analytical method, this paper analyses the economic and social environment of the Fourth corporate, describes the present superiority, inferior, opportunity and threaten of the Fourth corporate, then defines the aims of building corporate culture.This article based on the corporate culture investigation of The Northwest Fourth Electric Power Construct Corporation, expound the obstacles and errors must be noticed during the corporate culture construct, definitude the emphases and trend of the corporate culture construct. This article discussed The Northwest Fourth Electric Power Construct Corporation take corporate culture construct as the center, deepen the corporate reformation, strengthen the management, various steps and effects during The Northwest Fourth Electric Power Construct Corporation develop their enterprise core competition, educe the conclusion that corporate culture construct is necessary force in development of state-owned construct enterprise.
