Abstract


With the high-speed development of opening-up reform and market economy of our country, Especially after joining the WTO, and a large number of foreign capitals financial institutions enter the Chinese market to make the commercial bank of our country face the unusually fierce market competition, Its business risk is greater and greater and difficult to control, But there are obvious advantages in keeping a lookout and controlling in risk in the inside control system.. We should also strengthen the construction and perfection of the control system inside the commercial bank of our country while strengthening outside financial supervision. This literary grace is with the normal method that studies, As the theoretical foundation with theory of the system , information theory and modern economic cybernetics, have studied the process of the theory of the control system and practice development inside the square commercial bank in the different countries. Putting forward the commercial bank of our country should use the western commercial bank for reference in the advanced experience of the construction aspect of the inside control system, Structure and perfect the inside control system of the commercial bank of our country for the theoretical direction with theory of the system , information theory and economic cybernetics. Really realize the inside control system prevents the business risk of commercial bank in advance , control the risk in the thing, the function remedied afterwards.
