Abstract


With the rapid development of information technology and the globalization market gradually formed, enterprises face the competition in the global resources and market, the old management pattern already can not adapt to the new needs, the need to explore a kind of can adapt to the new competitive environment management mode and management methods. Supply chain management is in the background of arises at the historic moment. With the putting forward of the supply chain management ideas, the traditional inventory control theory faces the challenge. Under the environment of supply chain inventory problems and the traditional inventory problems have many differences, these differences are reflected the supply chain management thinking of the influence of the inventory management. This paper first describes the detailed supply chain, supply chain management and supply chain inventory cost the concept, content, characteristics and inventory control theory and method, and the basic inventory management methods are analyzed, and use fuzzy evaluation method for basic inventory management methods: ABC classification was improved. System analysis of several kinds of supply chain inventory management strategy, and puts forward the new strategy network inventory management. On the basis of the analysis of the supply chain inventory cost structure, the establishment of a supply chain inventory model, using the genetic algorithm based on the cost of the multi-stage supply chain inventory optimization and control, make the supply chain inventory cost minimization.
