Abstract


With the globalization of economic activity, English is increasingly becoming an important tool for international exchanges, the younger age of the English education kindergarten English education has gradually become a hot topic of the education sector. In this study, Xingtai City Kindergarten English Education Survey, explore the problems of English education, practice and exploration of the problems in Jing Hua Haoyang kindergarten. In this study, using questionnaires, interviews, observation research methods to investigate the status of Xingtai City kindergarten English education, including: young children English education, the implementation of early childhood English education content, approaches, and early childhood teachers of English. The survey found that the majority of principals and teachers to recognize the importance of kindergarten English education work and learned the necessity of English language environment; most of the teachers can clearly see their lack of professional skills. Also found some problems: First, there is a one-sided understanding of young children English educational goals. Second, the teaching content of each park show larger differences. Third, the specific creation of language environment, there are more problems. Fourth, the level of education of the young children of English teachers needs to be improved. For the problems identified, in Jing Hua Haoyang kindergarten children English education practice and exploration. Specific implementation steps are: the education goals; choose educational content; to determine implementation approach; training of qualified teachers. Education targeting Jing Hua Haoyang Kindergarten English is to develop children interest in English to establish learning English self-confidence, cultivate the feeling of the English language and a good personality; choice of educational content, on the basis of the effective development of young children's zone of proximal development, scientific development of teaching capacity, Selected openness, regional, life and other characteristics of materials; implementation of early childhood education English placement mode including mixed-age approach to learning music, the game of the learning process, dramatically the situational performances, teaching themes of the story of classroom teaching approach as well as teachers and parents both for young children to create a rich nursery extra-curricular activities environment, family environment and social environment; \as the guiding ideology, the children English professional teacher training specific embodiment.
