Abstract


Graduate assistants work part-time graduate students ' three assistants \Graduate assistants work could serve as a partial solution to the economic problems of poor students for graduate students to provide a way to participate in social practice , to some extent alleviate the growing shortage of teachers in Chinese Universities contradiction . Article first proposed issues to be discussed in this paper introduces the system of graduate teaching assistant of the background and development, the article analyzes the specific ideas and methods ; then introduced the Shanghai Jiaotong University graduate teaching assistants to carry out the situation , from several aspects of America 's colleges and universities graduate assistant system has been briefly compare ; followed by Shanghai Jiaotong University , for example, work experience for teaching assistants conducted a survey , the purpose of the work , including teaching assistants , work content and difficulty, assistant teacher interaction with speakers , TA at work and benefit administration assistant assistant job satisfaction on the situation , showing the current Shanghai Jiaotong University assistant job development status ; Finally , to focus on analysis of the management system of the university teaching assistant recruitment system , training system and evaluation system , analyzes of Graduate Adjunct assistant system problems and shortcomings and suggest improvements to this .
