Abstract


Japan from the earliest exposure to English and now has more than 400 years of history, but with the changes in the social and political environment in Japan, Japan's English education also nationals for English and English national cultural acceptance and rejection sound of ups and downs. August 15, 1945, Japan accepted the Potsdam Proclamation, announced its unconditional surrender.
