Abstract


Public trust is the British and American legal system judicial system of public trust in our country was a product. But the public trust refers to the public for the purpose of our trust. the provisions of article 2 trust law:"in this law refers to the client trust for the people’s confidence and trust property rights the trustee, by the trustee to the wishes of his name, for the interests of the beneficiary or a specific objective for management and punished.". This note is to trust to the concept of this law, and defined by its article 60. for the purpose of the public for example, that two integrated concept for public trust in general, it can be said that china did not directly to the public trust concept defined, but only by the way of enumeration. This is our first legislative form to the public trust and concepts. This article falls into three parts of the public trust in the legal system and the first part of the simplest definitions of the public trust and constructive conditions; the second part of public trust in the legal system and phylogeny; expatiated on the fourth part of our legal system of public trust and improve the existing problems. the first and second parts as partsⅳ, The fourth part of public trust that our legal system problems and improve the focus of this article is much room for discussion. in the public trust legal system, i go on a detailed analysis, and then offered specific suggestions to improve our legal system for public trust of a copy of the small.
