Abstract


With the continuous deepening of reform and opening-up, individual economy and private economy have developed rapidly,and the demand for funds has risen to an unprecedented level in the process of rapid growth. However,China’s current financial system can not be rapidly reversed the work system to meet the short ,frequent, fast demand for funds which individual and private enterprises need. From the other hand, crimes of terrorist suspects need to be put on ill-gotten gains legitimacy by the drug-related crime and Mafia-type organized crime, smuggling, corruption, bribery, public funds. These two reasons lead to the underground banks’development.Despite the emergence of the underground banks seem to help to solve the credit problems of small and medium enterprises, In fact it has harmed the ordinary running of the national financial system and encouraged the the arrogance of money laundering and other crimes. In view of this, on the basis of expounding the present situation, causes of underground banks and other various illegal and criminal issues involved, the paper analyzes the current actual dlmcult problem on fighting against the underground banks, and puts forward some specific recommendations for preventing the emergence and development of underground banks.
