Abstract


Full disclosure of information is to ensure that state-owned property rights transfer open, just and equitable key . China has initially established a state-owned property rights transfer information disclosure system, which is to establish a fair , just and open competitive environment as well as in the protection of state interests has played a huge role in promoting . However , China's state-owned property rights transfer information disclosure system has just started, is still imperfect . In this paper, the state-owned property rights transfer of information disclosure system basic theory , learn from foreign experience in the securities market information disclosure system , based on the state-owned property through the transfer of information disclosure system description and evaluation of the legal system , and our current state-owned property transfer of information disclosure flaw be analyzed to improve our proposed transfer of state-owned property information disclosure system a number of recommendations . This paper is divided into four chapters are discussed : the first chapter to carry out related basic research .
