Abstract

In recent years, the conflicts between human activities and natural environment have caused the deterioration of the natural environment and human living conditions. Therefore, human beings have to reconsider the relationship between mankind and nature, construction and natural environment. with the appearance of sustainable development notion, architects have started to think about how to solve the influence of construction on energy resources and environment . In out country, as an examining system of a construction item, environmental influence evaluation system is becoming more compete in the aspects of legal system and evaluation system .It has done a lot to better the plans of cities .and the use of energy resources , to reduce pollution . However , environmental influence evaluation has something to do with the desigh of ecological environment evaluation, especially , the use of energy resources, medium water and rainwater, greening and ecological building materials .In these areas, our country has just begun the research work . In order to perfect Chinese. Environmental influence evaluation system, improve the continuous use of environment , this paper will firstly examine the environmental problems found in the process of environmental influence evaluation Then , it will put forward sawing resources , reducing energy consumption , decreasing pollution and improving the outdoor environment quality——these ecological environment evaluations . Meanwhile ,it will take the plan and design of the foundation compus of Ji Lin university as an example , focusing on the energy sawing issues like the use of medium water, rainwater on the compus. 1. Relevant concepts and basic principles of the ecological environment evaluation: As a type of environment, ecological environment has the common characteristics and features of the general environment, so this paper will start from the research on environment evaluation, discussing the concepts of environment, the basic characteristics of the environment and its system, and the definition of environment evaluation; studying the meanings and functions of the ecological environment and its system, the relationship between ecological environment and its programming; examining the targets and tasks of the ecological geographic environment evaluation. 2. Ecological environment evaluation: As a new fundamental task, ecological environment evaluation has the new features and contents, Besides, there is no related profession standard. This paper will study ecological environment evaluation, its technique routes and methods or the basis of providing its definition, features and technique requirements. 3. Environment evaluation: This paper will mainly combine the actual case of the foundation education campus of Jilin University with theories. The main concern of this research will focus on the practice of evaluation. Firstly, it will disclose the main ecological environment problems through discussing the general ecological and geographic situation in the foundation education campus of Jilin University. Meanwhile, the ecological environment effects will be analyzed. Secondly, this thesis will evaluate the present situation of the ecological and geographic environment in the foundation education campus of Jilin University. This evaluation will combine the means of quantity and quality; and the former one will be emphasized. The index system, evaluation methods and evaluation results will be included. 4. The integrated developing and protecting program for the environment of the foundation education campus of Jilin University. Basing on the above ecological environment evaluation, the integrated developing and protecting programs will be formed. Ecological environment evaluation is still an engineering and scientific problem which is at the stage of continuous exploring. It is still experimental in this country. There is no mature experience and methods that can be referred to. The related profession standard has not been made. This paper will provide a profound research on the ways of thinking, contents, methods and technique routes of ecological environment evaluation. Moreover, it will combine the case of the foundation education campus of Jilin University to practice a regional ecological environment evaluation. The following research results have been obtained: 1. Starting from the research on environment evaluation. It has discussed the definition, functions and index system of the ecological environment evaluation, together with the relationship between ecological environment evaluation and ecological environment programming. 2. It puts forward the general rules and technique routes for ecological environment evaluation.
