Abstract


In today's global economy , U.S. stringent export controls has seriously hampered the development of China's high-tech and join the pace of the global economy . This paper aims to U.S. export control law system introduced to analyze its impact on Sino-US economic and seek solutions. Firstly, with the U.S. export control law systems throughout the history , development, content and implementation of the system 's introduction, so everyone for the U.S. export control laws with a more intuitive understanding. This article focuses on the United States to China and then export control history and current situation are introduced , and the analysis of the U.S. export control for the impact of Sino-US economic development , pointing out that the U.S. export control not only for the introduction and development of China's technology with restricted to a very large , their own economic and trade development also resulted in a very negative impact , becoming a major cause of the U.S. trade deficit and a serious impediment to the harmonious development of Sino-US trade relations . Through the U.S. export control laws adverse impact analysis , the paper further noted the U.S. export control laws no longer meet the development trend of the international community , the two sides do not meet the needs of co-operation and trade balance of U.S. export control laws in the future development, reform and relaxation is the imperative , or will be in China 's vast market uncompetitive. In the end of this article is about the Chinese system of U.S. export control laws countermeasures and strategies , pointed out that China 's development can not rely on the U.S. to relax export controls its own right , but should be more channels to the introduction of advanced products and technologies, Meanwhile, more aggressive means to promote U.S. to relax export controls . And pointed out that China 's future more or rely on their own development , this is the ultimate and the best of Chinese development.
