Abstract


Subprime mortgage crisis,which began in 2007,became a rare world financial crisis in disregard of people, brought the world economy into a full recession situation. The impact of the crisis go far beyond the scope of Wall Street,on the whole every corner of human society has a profound impact,so that almost all of them have felt the challenge of trade and financial globalization.Finance is the core of the economy,the impact of the healthy development of financial to economic is profound. The United States has the world’s financial model is a model study of China’s financial legislation,but stumble in the sub-prime crisis,and financial empire collapsed,the image of nothing,so we need to explore and study the original reference and a reference to the U.S. model preparation the financial legislation of great significance. Since september 2008,the extension of the U.S. Subprime crisis makes further deterioration to its financial market: Merrill Lynch acquired by Bank of America,Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac taken over by government, Lehman Brothers bankruptcy, American International Group took over by the government shows that the sub-prime crisis has become the most serious financial crisis. To restore investor confidence and curb the spread of market panic,Oct. 3, after experiencing the twists and turns,wished,U.S. President George W. Bush signed a vote by both houses of Congress passed the“Emergency Economic Stabilization Act”The author tried to analysis the content of the“Emergency Economic Stabilization Act“and sterilitized its legislative significance by comparing with the“German EconomicGrowth and Stability Promotion Act”and“2009 the American Economic Revival and Investment Act”。It is hoped that this paper can provide available advice for our financial legislation.
