Abstract
|
The servo system is a product of the combination of the motor manufacturing technology , detection technology , power electronics, microprocessor technology and modern control technology . Permanent magnet synchronous motors with high efficiency , the current ratio of the high torque and low inertia , etc. , to get good control performance in support of high-performance microprocessor chip and advanced control theory . Therefore , the permanent magnet synchronous motor has been widely applied in the field of servo control . Subject to the current state-of-the-art digital signal processor chip TMS320F2812A as the core control unit , designed to power permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system , and design of some of the key aspects of the theoretical research and practical exploration . First, the combination of a large number of documents , a comprehensive summary and analysis of the several advantages of permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system and its problems , to further clarify the significance to enhance the development of permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system . Secondly, summed up the work of the permanent magnet synchronous motors and control principle , were diverted to solve the heating problem of high-power motors , permanent magnet synchronous motor structure ; expounded the principle of vector control for common method of controlling speed range wide than weakening control method based on the minimum terminal voltage ; combined with space vector pulse width modulation control of permanent magnet synchronous servo system . Again , based on the principle of modular design , the DSP resource intensive applied research , DSP-based control scheme , design and implementation of a software and hardware combination of all-digital
