Abstract


With the expansion of the scope of criminal property , property, criminal sentencing and execution of research is becoming increasingly important . Especially in the Supreme Court of the country to actively promote the standardization of sentencing , and the introduction of \This paper applies the property to determine punishment for the crime of transporting drugs viewpoint of criminal property from transporting drugs for the problems start to improve our system of criminal property to make some humble opinion . This total of more than 15,000 words , addition to the introduction , the body is divided into three parts: the first part briefly introduces the crime of transporting drugs, criminal property legal provisions and transporting drugs in Yunnan application of criminal property .
