Abstract


All along , both in judicial practice or in theory circles , bribery is a more complex and difficult to investigate and deal with the difficult crime , but also China and investigate the judiciary has been the focus of combat , especially with the current economic and social development in depth , showing diverse forms bribery cases , the perpetrator means more cunning , more hidden trends behavior , in the face of this new situation and new problems are emerging, for bribery is necessary to study the issue .
