Abstract


The bank system is the most important part of the whole financial system. Effective supervision of the bank system is an important measure to prevent financial crisis and to prevent the national economy stable. The national regulatory authorities regulate the national banking system based on our banking supervision legal system. Therefore, the supervision effectiveness is decided of the banking supervision law system. At the same time of the globalization of economy and financial integration, the pace of the mixed-business management in our country, the banking regulatory system faced to more difficult tests. In order to face the financial crisis and the new development trend of the world, our banking supervision legal system need reform.Based on present situation of our banking supervision law system, to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of supervision system. Take the look at experiences of the foreign countries at the same time, combining the current financial crisis in banking system, and the development trend of the international banking system, Suggestions were put forward for banking supervision law system of our country
