Abstract


Objective: basal cell carcinoma (basal cell carcinoma, BCC), squamous cell carcinoma ( squamous cell carcinoma SCC ) , Bowen 's disease (Bowen 's disease BOD ) , light keratoses ( actinic keratosis , AK) and seborrheic angle of disease (seborrheic keratosis, SK) is the most common non-melanoma skin cancer ( non - melanoma skin cancers , NMSC ) . Including BCC, SCC degree of malignancy is relatively high , and the people most concerned about . The etiology and pathogenesis of these skin tumors has not been elucidated. The present study showed that the incidence of skin tumors in addition to ultraviolet radiation , human papillomavirus (HPV) infection , gene mutation may be related to their incidence is closely related to . Recent studies demonstrated cell cycle and cancer are not independent events . Found in other human tumors such as breast cancer , esophageal cancer , the stage of the cell cycle regulatory factors have varying degrees of abnormal or as a proto-oncogene or as a tumor suppressor gene function . However, the role of cell cycle regulation factors in skin cancer incidence is rarely reported , and there is a big controversy at home and abroad .
