Abstract

Fatigue is a body under certain environmental conditions , due to the long or too heavy , tight labor (including mental and physical ) , due to the work efficiency is significantly reduced temporarily physiological and pathological phenomena . Fatigue occurs mainly due to prolonged or vigorous activity ( such as labor ) so that the body ( such as the brain ) carbohydrates and oxygen is rapidly consumed and lead to the accumulation of lactic acid as the main metabolite of the environmental balance of the body temporarily reversible disorder . The various factors that cause fatigue from the central nervous system to the peripheral contact with each other to form a mutual restraint muscle contraction control chain , the destruction of any link can lead to fatigue . At present , about the role of anti-fatigue strengthen endurance training , add nutrients , have a certain effect of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture . The basic principles of the anti-fatigue is to reduce and eliminate the fatigue factor , increase the supply of energy and oxygen , promote the body regulate the internal environment disorder . In this study, the use of liquid oxygen carrying method , to explore the role of anti-fatigue and its possible mechanism from intravenous and oral the high oxygen liquids (HO) , to provide a new way to enhance the body 's motor function , relieve fatigue . The first part of hyperoxia liquid anti-mouse exercise fatigue and its mechanism experiment : The purpose of oral administration of high oxygen liquid anti-mouse sport fatigue : HO study oral anti-fatigue in mice and its mechanism . Methods : 120 Kunming mice were randomly divided into a control group (C group ) and hyperoxia solution group (HO group )
