Abstract

Preface central nervous system diseases, such as brain tumors , stroke , Parkinson's disease and other serious harm to human survival health diseases . Currently, the treatment of such diseases is still a problem, the key is the presence of the blood-brain barrier (blood brain barrier, BBB) limits the transport of many drugs to the brain tissue , which restricts the improved efficacy of clinical treatment . Judging from the present research , the application of vasoactive substances such as histamine , leukotriene C 4 < / sub > bradykinin to increase the permeability of the BBB , is a very effective and promising means of adjuvant therapy . One of the most safe and effective method is the application of bradykinin peptide or analogue RMP - 7 to selectively open the BBB . In recent years, domestic and foreign scholars study found that small doses of bradykinin or the like RMP - 7 selectively increases the permeability of the blood - tumor barrier (blood tumor barrier, BTB) , and normal brain tissue BBB almost no effect . The bradykinin selective increase in BBB permeability mechanism has not been determined . Liu will study found that small doses of bradykinin selectively increase the permeability of the BTB selectively increase the permeability of rats with focal cerebral ischemia ischemic area BBB . Small dose of bradykinin increased BBB permeability mechanism of the ischemic area , it is not clear . The same time , the application of bradykinin increased by ischemia secondary brain edema extent , also for further study . In this study, line patching method in the middle cerebral artery occlusion model , the study early , low-dose bradykinin on ischemic blood-brain barrier ultrastructure and permeability of ischemia and reperfusion , and reperfusion 24 hours for changes in the brain tissue water content , to further explore the bradykinin increased BBB permeability mechanism of focal cerebral ischemia area . Materials and Methods Materials 1 . Experimental subjects , healthy adult male Wistar rats , weighing 250- 300g , a total of 40 , by the school Experimental Animals
