Abstract


Probation system as a historic criminal justice system , in the criminal field occupies a very important position , so far the vast majority of national criminal law system adopted . Probation compliance penalties trends and facilitate progress of human civilization , suspended execution set guarantee freedom , efficiency, order, and in a humane , reflecting the execution of punishment educational , individual and socialization . Probation probation system implementation as an important component of a research topic of great practical significance , its research has direct significance. Pilot work in community corrections in full swing of the moment, I will be based on the results of previous studies , combining community correction system for Chinese probation theory and reform its own proposals . This paper is divided into three parts: the first part of the probation and the reasons for the problems . The second part of the theoretical discussion of probation . As a result of the lack of theory in practice probation confusion.
