Abstract


This study was approved by HXD-1 EEG monitor , using homemade vaginal fetal EEG electrode pairs 65 cases of full-term pregnant women in their late rupture after the first stage to the second stage of labor for the period ending 22 cases have prompted suspicious occurrence of fetal distress distress group and the control group of 43 normal fetuses EEG waveform detection and quantitative analysis , while observing the amniotic fluid , fetal heart rate monitoring purposes , taken immediately after birth, umbilical arterial blood gas analysis and record newborn children born after 1 minute Apgar score , neonatal hypoxic -ischemic encephalopathy observed the occurrence of such situations , the fetal outcomes observed with EEG systems and quantitative analysis of the results were compared. The study found that : ① homemade vaginal contact with fetal scalp EEG electrodes can be more sensitive and accurate for the detection of fetal brain waves . ② abnormal fetal brain waves can reflect fetal hypoxia situation. ③ fetal EEG abnormalities and the occurrence of fetal acidosis . ④ quantitative analysis of indicators of fetal EEG BIS, 95% SEF is a sensitive diagnostic indicator of fetal distress . ⑤ fetal EEG abnormalities may indicate fetal or neonatal outcome prognosis .
