Objective: Mycoplasma particles from clinical , experimental and theoretical aspects of the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection effect and mechanism of systematic observation and research . Methods : Clinical Research : 90 cases of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection were randomly divided into 2 groups , oral treatment group the mycoplasma particles , the control group was treated Lijunsha particles , observed changes in children with symptoms, signs and laboratory tests . Experimental studies: Wistar rats , the production of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection model , the control group using Lijunsha gavage treatment group received mycoplasma particles gavage , rats infected T-cell subsets were observed after administration , blood rheology and lungs pathological changes ; cough ammonia stimulation study mycoplasma particles in mice ; using anti-inflammatory effects of xylene-induced mouse ear swelling Mycoplasma particles ; acute Toxicity of Mycoplasma particles therapeutic dose , non-toxic side effects . Results: Clinical findings : The total efficiency with the control group showed no significant difference between the treatment group, clinical symptoms and signs of improving time and lymphocyte count normalization time than the control group and the treatment group, no significant adverse reaction. Experimental studies have shown that the level of cellular immunity in rats infected with Mycoplasma pneumoniae the mycoplasma particles can improve , reduce blood viscosity infected rats , improve lung pathology of the mycoplasma particles can reduce the inflammatory exudate suppress the cough reflex , has obvious improve immune function , promoting blood , phlegm , cough , antipyretic, anti-inflammatory effects . Therapeutic doses without apparent side effects .
