Objective: To verify the clinical observation Shugan Qi , phlegm heat , Anshen treatment of premature ventricular contractions value and mechanism lies. Methods: The clinical study will be 100 cases were randomly divided into treatment group PVCs 52 cases , I Tiaogan Qingxin decoction ; control group 48 cases , I propafenone medicine orally, four weeks for a course. Results: The study showed that in liver qi, phlegm heat , Anshen of law Tiaogan Qingxin Tang can significantly improve clinical symptoms between the two groups was significant difference (P lt; 0.05). Premature treatment efficacy compared with the control group , two groups no significant difference (P gt; 0.05). Conclusion: Tiaogan Qingxin Tang can significantly improve the patient's clinical symptoms and Holter performance and reduce the number of premature ventricular contractions occur frequently , reducing the severity of premature ventricular contractions .
