The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences in their EEG college students were listening to music and Haitao Sheng two different sound stimuli , as well as gender and A , B-type behavior . Test Hebei Normal University undergraduate 72 ( A , type B and 36 men and women 36 ) , a matching packet is divided into a music group , Haitao Sheng group and meditation group . The experiments include baseline - intervention period - recovery period of three experiments between experimental intervention to listen to music , listening Haitao Sheng and sit- rest group between groups within the mixed four-factor experimental design , record test different experimental stage EEG . The results showed that : listening to music makes the subjects θ , α 3 wave relative power was increased and decreased the relative power of beta waves , were more relaxed and quiet ; listening Haitao Sheng so α3 , β wave relative power was increased , the relative power of θ wave decreased , more awakening ; EEG activity of men and women differ , girls of α3 wave relative power was significantly higher than boys ; boys and girls in different experimental intervention brainwave trend amplitude differences , listening to music makes the boys more likely to enter the sleepy , relaxed state ; A , type B behavior to affect brainwaves change the form of the interaction with the experimental intervention , Haitao Sheng makes type A by α3 wave relative power was significantly higher , and type A persons affected by the experimental intervention role type B almost unaffected ; α1 , α2, α3 wave physiological and psychological state is different , in future research is necessary to α1, α2 and α3 wave distinction.
