Abstract


Since 1994,China’s involvement in the Internet,the has gone through 15 years.At the same time,as the most important mainstream and a healthy network of trading patterns has also been the rise of 1997,inadvertently gone through a cycle of year.The rapid development of network transactions, the traditional transaction method presents a huge challenge. Network transactions bring convenience and benefits to consumers, while also bringing a number of thorny issues, such as the consumers right to information, security, claims, and so rights are infringed upon. Issued in 1994,"Consumer Protection Law" under the conditions of the market economy, the traditional transaction-oriented consumer protection as a basic, while the network trading model is the lack of consumer protection under the system of care.This article is based on this background,in-depth research.From the consumer the most basic and important right - the right to claim the starting, introduced the network of consumers claim to achieve the special nature of network transactions,damaged the interests of consumers the specific circumstances and how to improve and build network of consumer transactions those rights protection system.Among them, dwell introduce the network trading system to build consumer protection issue,a three-point damage to the interests of consumers effectively resolve network of suggestions: First,The construction of social credit system, credit information system building in the protection of consumers can play a pre-effect,it will help create a favorable atmosphere for the network consumption.; Second,network transactions, operators and service providers of the special obligation to encourage the operators to and service providers should be based on "consumer-oriented" the basic concept of transactions and the provision of services; Third,the dispute settlement mechanism on the network transactions perfect for a variety of solutions of the feasibility of approach.
