Abstract


With the rapid development of global economic integration and deepening of national economic and cultural exchanges , the growing importance of the international protection of copyright by the national academic and judicial attention due to a long stick to the strict territorial copyright principles , so it is traditional the theory is that private international law to recognize foreign law with extraterritorial effect of conflict of laws based on \within a certain range to achieve a fade and breakthrough , resulting in the generation of conflict of laws in this area . Field of international protection of copyright law to solve the conflict there are two ways : First, a unified substantive law , one national law provisions , this article mainly from two aspects of international protection of copyright issues in the application of law to elaborate , for conflict of laws put forward some legislative model proposal , combined with our current legislation and practice on the assessment, revealing the problems , propose amendments . This paper mainly through the following three parts of the article elaborated the center : the first chapter , \exceeded the limits , as well as breakthroughs in regional conflict of laws brought about the generation of its manifestations . The second chapter, \two levels of law and conflict of laws issues of law applicable to a full range of analysis, and finally the international protection for copyright laws applicable rules proposed \relevant legislation to provide some learn from it. Chapter III \and made relevant amendments .
