Abstract


With the advent of the global economic integration , high-tech enterprises as the main factors of the country's economic and technological competitiveness , to promote socio-economic development of the most active forces . However , this represents the most advanced productive forces , the most active and viable enterprises carrier by the backward mode of organization and operation constraints , but is a common phenomenon . To solve this problem , the papers in front of part of the study , from the point of view of organizational development , first pointed out that such organizations restrict the development of high-tech enterprises very contradictory phenomenon , then reviews the trends and its advanced information about the new organizational model , but also new organizational model may exist in a variety of limitations and constraints , as well as other complex reasons , many high-tech companies failed to adopt these new forms of organization , which can seriously affect the efficiency and development of high-tech enterprises . Elaborated research and high-tech enterprise organizations to improve efficiency of the mode of operation of the development of high-tech enterprises has practical significance . In this thesis, on the basis of summing up the relevant research results at home and abroad , the main focus of the analysis of both process-oriented and team with high efficiency model of organizational structure . According to the characteristics and requirements of the high-tech enterprises , from the study of the process of the organizational structure and team , trying to achieve the organizational foundation for the performance of the operation through the use of the mode of operation of the process of organization ; team learning team to achieve organizational play the operation of sexual performance by the team structure to solve the operation of the process of organization can not be resolved . Brings together the advantages of the two modes to make up for the deficiencies of the two modes , which build into a relatively simple structure , can be applied to more high-tech enterprises , and has a higher efficiency of the new organizational mode of operation . Through effective reform of the organizational structure and mode of operation , the use of new organizational mode of operation to overcome the constraints of the organization to the development of high-tech enterprises , improve the operating efficiency of high-tech enterprises .
