Abstract


In the star hotels, employees’ quality will directly affect the quality of production and the image of their enterprises. For these reasons, managers should pay special attention to the way in encouraging employees and improving their working enthusiasm.However, because there is no effective encouraging measures, many problems, such as personnel’s high moving rate, their low-spirited state, and higher cost in management of human resources, etc. generally exist in star hotels in our country. According to motivation theories, this article set forth the motivation measures based on the employees’ personality and the relationship, which are related to the service production or service object. They are: 1) Opportunity motivations, including training opportunity, participating in management opportunity and individual development opportunity. 2) Emotion motivation measures. Both of the above two points are the basic and starting points in the employees’ motivation work of the star hotels in our country. 3)
