Abstract


Management innovation is based on significant environmental ( condition ) , or management body to make choices and take more adaptive organization and operation or effectiveness of new management concepts , management system , management mechanisms and other ways . Generally, including the concept of innovation management innovation , institutional innovation , technological innovation, three aspects of the basic content. Society is constituted by a series of elements of the system . Usually it comes down to three basic elements: the natural environment , population and culture ( here refers to the broad cultural ) . Contemporary China is in the traditional agricultural society to a developed modern social transformation accelerated phase , these elements with the degree of transformation mismatch produced a series of social problems , such as environmental issues, population issues and cultural imbalance , etc. . Thus social factors need to improve in order to avoid or abate social problems. Article based on the background of social transformation , innovation and social significance from the management perspective to discuss this management innovation in improving the role of social elements , through - to seek a corresponding relationship management innovation to promote the sustainable development of the natural environment , and promote problem solving population and promoting cultural change a realistic way forward . In research and drafting process, the main use of the structure - function analysis methods, as well as analysis and synthesis method of combining , comparative studies and analog analysis and other methods.
