Abstract


Public participation in the real problem is the positioning of the relationship between the government and the public, it is widely affect people's lives at all levels, is the core issue in the study of public administration today. The Chinese government in recent years of administrative reform, made it clear that the concept of administrative shift from the traditional concept of totalitarianism to democracy administrative philosophy. New Era, the study the Chengdu Urban Residents public participation in concept, put forward to improve public participation in the attitude of the rationalization policy recommendations on great theoretical and practical significance. In this study, empirical analysis, the use of a questionnaire and literature analysis and processing of the survey results, the use R software and Openstat3 of software, and thus clear the status quo of public participation attitude of urban residents in Chengdu, and analyze the basic properties of the individual and the general public Finally, the impact of the media on public participation, the Government put forward feasible suggestions. The article is divided into three parts: the first part is part of the theoretical discussion, the system introduces the research background, research status and research purposes, research content and research process, public participation attitude theory and China and Chengdu, public participation in policy systematically elaborated and analysis; second part of the empirical part, elaborated on the research framework, research topics, research hypothesis, questionnaire design, data analysis methods and the implementation of the program, and the research results of the statistical analysis; The third part of the policy recommendations section for The results of the Chengdu Municipal Government to enhance public participation in the attitude to make policy recommendations. Existing domestic research study of the attitudes of public participation is still relatively scarce, especially based on the empirical analysis of the main research has not yet appeared. Take the empirical method for the study of urban residents in Chengdu, judgment sampling method empirical research, this research perspective of the issues will help expand and enrich the problem. The paper establishes the basic personal attributes and the mass media, and urban residents in public participation in attitude as the dependent variable in the research framework, the establishment of the framework of this study, changed the status of a single study basic personal attributes attitudes affect public participation, so since the variables considered more perfect, more reasonable research framework, which provides a reference for the further involvement of the public attitude problem. The study meets close attention to the reality of China and the Chengdu Municipal Government attitude towards public participation background, the research results of the statistical analysis of the data obtained will provide data to support the Government to formulate relevant policies. The proposed policy recommendations for the government to provide new ideas for public participation aspects of the reform.
