Abstract


Due to the deep reforms of the electricity system, the outside environment of the electrical diversified undertakings is changing, it is meaning that these enterprises must renew to study how to live and develop. A corporation, a electrical diversified undertakings of a state-owned electrical enterprise, is facing the fact that how to develop today.By using the framework of SWOT analysis, this paper discusses the strategic environment of A corporation for which there are many opportunities and threats, and the advantages and disadvantages of A corporation are found out. This paper also discusses the process that the enterprise adjust its strategies from the focus of the inside businesses to which the supply of hot stream for outside customer. And it mentioned in the article that the strategy which contains inside integration and diversify will be operated step by step.On the basis of the SWOT analysis, this paper also tries to discuss what kind of strategies A corporation should adopt for its future. A number of proposals are made in the paper.
