Abstract


Small property room is a specific product , produced in China's unique among the urban-rural dual structure . From small property right in the strict sense is not a law on the concept , has been in a legal gray area , due to the lack of relevant laws and lack of supervision of regulatory authorities , in recent years the rapid development of small property brought a lot of legal issues . Few theorists From the Law -depth analysis of the small property room and hide a deeper reason behind this product and solution .
