The joint-venture railways is a product of China 's reform and opening up , it generated played an important role in promoting the rapid and stable development of the national economy and regional economy . Shuohuang Railway as our largest investment and construction of a joint-venture railways , in the construction and operation management bold innovation and actively explore , the Shuohuang Railway operation and management mode , and its new operation mechanism enterprise effect analysis , mainly to study the following main elements : 1 . analysis gave a detailed overview of the development of the joint-venture railways .
