Abstract


Of China's land reserve system by land reserve agency pursuant to statutory procedures, the use of market mechanisms , in accordance with the land use planning, through acquisition, expropriation , land recovery and land replacement way land from the hands of decentralized land users together by land reserve land for development agencies , sorting and storage , and then planned to statutory means land supply system. In addition preface , the text is divided into four parts to start discussion . Preface introduces the topics of the background , and the significance of the study used herein, the contents of the main research methods . The first chapter defines the connotation of land reserve system and legal characteristics . The second chapter analyzes the value of the land reserve system and institutional capabilities. Chapter III of the land reserve system in land expropriation system has been analyzed and explained the process of land expropriation infringement , a clear infringement of land expropriation reasons, seek to solve the problem of land expropriation infringement countermeasures. The fourth chapter analyzes the land bank, the concentration of land , land consolidation and the content and property issues involved .
