Abstract


The feudal society officials on behalf of the imperial power to exercise the functions of the government , the ruler of the implementation of the rule of the personification of tools . Therefore , the country is being governed , officials governance officialdom how directly related to the stability of the regime and the social atmosphere of the situation . Government Officials crimes legal system is the main content of the ancient Chinese officialdom , is also an important part of the ancient criminal law . Ming Dynasty as the feudal society of the late dynasty , founded on the proposition \established a complete system of more than in the past dynasties . The implementation of the legal system in this series has achieved some success in the Early Ming Dynasty officialdom presents a moment of Qingming . However, because of the various aspects of the social, legal , political and other reasons , the officials of job-related crimes is growing , to the late Ming Dynasty , official corruption situation so it is hard to reverse .
