Abstract


The combination between industry and finance is the pattern and process of the participation between the share right and the manpower and the operation of combination. Today the increasing enterpriser give infinite passion to the practice of the combination between industry and finance in domestic and international, At the same time the combination between industry and finance breed academe high attention of its development. Especially with embed development of the market economy in west country and the fashion of the market economy in developing country, the degree of monopolization and concentration of industry and finance capital ceaselessly improve. In the world many corporation and enterprise group have carried out the combination between industry and finance capital in differ degree, the enterprise group energetically developing its finance industry by carring out the combination between industry and finance capital is become important way of the development of the management tactic. From 1980, the business group in our country become more and more mightiness, Especially with the cavalcade policy sustain by our nation, the business group in different vocation develop speedly, and now the number of the business groups in our country is about 3000. the forest enterprise group also develop with the processs at the same time, there are a set of huge forest enterprise group in wether southward forest section or northward forest section. However these huge forest enterprise groups developing from traditional forest and corporation give priority to the management of forest output, but with the greatness change of the economy system and the money market, this single management and investment system is disagree with the need of the times development, the forest enterprise groups should acclimate with the development station of the money market and energetically develop the industry of finance, and take the wend of the combination between industry and finance by combination product and capital. The article is beginning just about this way and discuss about the combination between industry and finance of the forest enterprise group, first the article start with the actuality of investment of forest industry capital in the forest enterprise groups, then analyze the bug of forest capital market and the system of forest investment, and at the same time bring forward
